Service Contracts
PC Planet offers monthly service contracts that provide a discounted rate for a guaranteed
number of service hours per month†. These hours can be used for diagnostic, repair,
preventative maintenance, upgrades, and installations. All contracts
are also available as an annual, pre-paid contract at a discount.

† Service hours may be fulfilled via remote administration (when available), or on-site service.
‡Standard hourly rate is $79.00/hr. Additional hours discount applies to hours worked in a month beyond the prepaid
